Through innovations in assessment, we can develop new and diverse methods of evaluating students that support a more holistic view of their learning journey.
Advancing Beyond Knowledge
By assessing an examinee's skills, behaviors, competencies and knowledge throughout their journey, we can better prepare them to effectively care for patients and navigate a complex health care system.
Fairness in Testing
By ensuring our assessments are fair, equitable, and do not reinforce stereotypes and structural racism in medicine, we can help to provide all future and practicing physicians with an equal opportunity to demonstrate and develop their knowledge and skills.
